Farook and Sheikh Khasim thanks for the great job naye about people living in the diaspora discouraging other Ugandans from going abroad it's not necessarily discouraging them. In my view it's always good to tell people the reality on the ground so they can make a well informed decision. For example in many European countries things or systems have changed a lot and got a little more difficult than they were ten years ago.
