Farooq we bought plots 50 by 100 on an agreement after we discovered later that the plots are on the owner land title .we have requested him to cut off our plots on his land title but still he has refused now what can we do Name, joel from kamuli district

First of all ,get to know it that u made a mistake in the beginning of buying that plot without a consent from the land lord. Solution, u can keep on talking to the land lord ,either akukirize wegule mu ttaka oba omuwe obusuulu. Only in those two means u will be safe.

I kept going to ask for ekyapa but they would say tekinafuluma. Kati mbu bamulangiridde mu ba lukumpe. I have a house on it. So what is our fate now? Who is the owner? Is it gov't? Remember if some one is announced bankrupt he can not do any thing .. that’s the first thing Jomayi did to take advantage of peoples land and money! U lose out if one is Bankrupt… fight so hard to have yr tittle or money back .. get lawyers to help u ..
