You can cast E and Q while W. If you don’t know, E and Q have a special interaction that allows you to cast both at the same time and W does damage twice: at the beginning of the animation and at the end. So aa-W1-E-Q-W2-aa allows you to insta charge ulti cause the damage come from different sources each time Edit: that’s the exact combo he does at 6:53
