У тебя произношение отличное, на 4 языках точно. Круто мне порой трудно отличить что это один человек на самом деле говорит. Китайцев слушал, корейцев, японцев, англичан. В особенности китайский у тебя намного разборчивый по звучанию чем я слышу в корее китайцев, реально очень очень хорошее произношение.

I’m very impressed - it’s one thing to learn reading and writing, but your speaking is spot on and flows really well. For me despite being fluent in Vietnamese, English and French - my wife being Korean now, I haven’t quite been able to master the flow of speaking Korean. So good job!

I'd definitely shop at that ajummas stall just because she's so nice. It really does feel good when you try hard to converse with Koreans and they understand your struggle bc the language is hard. I always feel so good for putting in the effort to learn (for almost 5 yrs because my brain and memory are terrible) after getting to a restaurant, ordering, able to converse with staff, etc and 75% in Korean! Asking for a discount in Korean usually helps a bit for a freebie or a discount off food or stuff in beauty supply store lol. Last restaurant stop the owner said my Korean was better than his and he offered a free drink and chocolate to my guest and I 😆

writing korean isn't that hard, grammar and building sentences is hard but i'm trying to learning that hahahaha yeah, i'm learning Korean

yeah the writing system is a godsend for that. I learned Japanese first so I wasn't as lucky 😂both languages are basically comparable besides that. Good luck on your endeavors!

It’s not too bad. You can omit a lot of things in conversations. The subjects are usually inferred so they are often omitted. You don’t have to worry about singular/plural or masculinity/femininity in almost all cases. One thing will surely mess you up is the casual vs formal language when speaking to younger/older people. But just start out speaking formal to everyone and you won’t get in trouble.

I started properly learning Korean on my own 2 weeks ago. I only have time on my days off but I slowly recognise hangul when watching Korean videos with subtitles and trying to translate them from hangul and then to English/Polish. Still a long way to go but perhaps If I will be going maybe next year I will be able to speak some Korean. It is a bit difficult to start learning new language when older cuz I started learning English when I was 7 and I'm 29 soon so a bit over 20 years now. Imagine new languege to speak semi fluently. I do might have a bit of language talent cuz i try a bit to learn something in other languages and i know just a little to greet a person in their language but not nessessary talk to them fully ;)

They do that! I asked for more broth for my naengmyun in Korean, and this ahjumma gave me broth and meat because she found it so cute. Still learning to get fluent though. They call this “service”, and that translates to free.

used to speak a bunch of it..I was fighting mma in the 80s....my coach was korean....so I learned tons of it....piles of it...I didnt speak it but could under stand it...now 56 years old...dont recall much of it if honest.......anyway...this is nice
