for evidence you need a PPS... do we have to upload the offer letter received from university or do we have to get a seperate letter fromuni stating that we require ppsn?

You have to get a separate letter from Your college that you are studying full time Course in ireland and for that you will be needing ppsn no.. the college will give you the letter for ppsn brother

I dont think so that it will create a issue. Even if you did a mistake in your mothers name they will correct it when you will go to intero office to apply ppsn card

Hello Bro Have below questions 1)as we know for the new commers coming from India they will just have Id proof(passport),offer letter . with these two docs can we get an apartment for rent? 2) what is the way to directly talk to owner instead of agent/broker. 3)what are the genuine websites to find rental apartments around/suburbs of dublin. we are ok even if it is 30/40 kms away from dublin. kindly help please Ganesh

1) brother for renting the apartment they will ask for passport and ppsn and college letter if you have and its easy trust me, 2)So if you want to directly talk to the owner you must have some reference of your friends and relatives who are living in any house in ireland so that they can give the owner number and tell them otherwise you can email to the owner directly if you are looking property in facebook groups/ daft.ie. 3) so tbh the best thing is facebook groups coz in rent/daft.ie owners dont reply or you can do one more thing that is contact your friends who are already in here and they can update you if they find any property, a week before i got a property in dublin and i asked my friend if he wants for the rent eventually he took it now.
