My enetophobia is horrible and some people don’t take it very seriously, my brother will randomly be like “my tummy hurts” and fake vomit and then laugh at me when I run in the corner with my eyes, ears closed

Thanks for the warning! I have a very and I mean VERY bad phobia about puking, I have it when ppl make it as a joke. Like my friends get sick alot and they like gag then like “puke” so I wheeze even if it’s not even funny, it’s frustrating. So again, thanks for the warning, and being a great mother.

All of those stories are so relatable when I was 3 my mom was pregnant with my sister. and one day I saw my mom puking and I screamed and cried downstairs. My grandpa was there.

I can relate because I had a stomach bug 2 months ago, I only threw up 1 time tho 2nd day I was sick was my head hurting my stomach hurtled when I moved a single muscle 😢😢

To prevent dehydration: emergeny act, just in case. The solution = 1 part salt, 2 parts sugar, 3 parts water. Mix. The salt retains water. The sugar gives energy. The water rehydrates. All together gives electrolytes. Just give a little at a time, while giving sips of water. This is for emergencies, if you cant get pedialite/gatoraide/hospital/doctor. I'm sure this mom took her lo to the dr if he didnt recover. This is serious situation, annd it happens to a lot of moms. Your are a good mom! So exhausting.

Towels we use for puke catchers or those travel disposable change matts. Saves changing the bed constantly. Horrible when babies are sick.

Poor baby hope he feels better. That’s so sad. Honestly mom do so much for their children and yet they have to pay for groceries rent and they don’t get paid for being a mother. It’s like they have to pay other people even though they’re doing a lot like they have to buy stuff for their children too they do a lot.

Thank you for the emetophobia warning! For anyone curious, I have been using videos like this as part of my ERP for therapy. I have struggled with emetophobia my whole life and videos like this make me extremely uncomfortable, but I know in the long run it'll help me!

You can put a towel over the bed and have a bowl next to the bed and if he starts puking give him the bowl and lean his head in to the bowl so if he pukes it won’t be a big mess

My emetophobia is bad, when my cat sits down and licks his lips i get anxiety. When people say my stomach hurts or i dont feel well i get anxiety. Cat starts gagging i scream "NO NO NO NOO NO NO NO NO NO" and my dad makes fun of my for it...

I rarely get sick even around my germ infested nieces and nephews because I am a crier and whatever gets in my system gets right out through my tears and nose blowing! I also live on onions and garlic!

I think I might have emetophobia bc during my flight to Bali (a skl trip), we were assigned seats on the plane and the teachers said after we took off, we could switch seats. So I was stuck with this random dude from my skl for abt 10 to 20 mins. After waiting 30 minutes bc of the delay we ended up taking off rlly smoothly but after abt 5 mins our plane shook a lot and dove downwards really fast but not enough to hit the ground, making everyone go “wow!” Or “ahhhhh”. Then after the turbulence stopped the dude next to me opened a vomit bag (we flew Cathay Pacific) and started to look pale as hell. Then he proceeded to try to vomit but it didn’t work so he just laid his head back and closed his eyes. Later since I was sitting near one of my teachers when I was holding my backpack in case he actually puked, the teacher asked “(my name)? You ok? And I said yes but then he asked me again and I was like “he (pointing to the guy next to me) wants to vomit”. So the teacher got up and told us to switch seats so I could be at the window and he would be in the outside in case he needed to go to the bathroom. After switching he opened the bag again and I think he actually puked a bit but before that I was covering my ears and breathing rlly fast and heavily. Like I felt like crying but I didn’t end up crying. I think I might have had a rlly mild panic attack ig. Afterwards he was fine and he switched with my best frnd when the seatbelt sign was off. So yh. I might has emetophobia bc of the mild panic attack I had but idk. Ty for reading this far 💗

I have etemophobia, one time I told one of my third grade classmates, (no I am not in 3rd grade, we just have to be in the class with the third graders) anyway, I told one of my third grade classmates about my etemophobia, and they literally said "why are you scared of throwing up?" It was hard to explain to her how I was scared of it Btw, I don't think the baby is sick, babies just throw up a lot because their guts are developing or something (and yes I just googled that)
