@@kaideloscope I don't think it's a dumb question she just probably never dealt with anxiety, so she doesn't know. Personally for me when I was super busy I didn't have that much anxiety or fully aware of how anxious I was but when I had a lot of down time that's when it hit me really hard. For me it was easy to push the anxiety aside when I was just on the go, it was still there but not as prominent as when I had nothing to do.
