Katrina Velarde is my absolute favorite singer in the world! I love all the singers I've heard from the Phillipines!! Katrina though! She can sing anything! I've noticed how supportive all the dinners are of each other and they're not afraid to let another shine. Katrina's cover of Mama knows best in her one take cover sessions and her "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" both the live and the other video of her sitting in a yellow room, by herself in a white shirt in front of the 🎤 are fabulous! They're a must!!

Congrats you again discovered anew another filipino talent in Sam. Ok so you don't wanna miss out on stuff like that then you really should try another duet. I highly recommend a collab between Sam Mangubat and Billy Padillo acoustic cover of When We Were Young by Adele. You will react the exact same way you did on here with Sam and Katrina I bet ya that....btw, Billy is a girl.

You MUST listen to the QUEEN of Filipina singers, Lea Salonga sing her rendition of "Don't Cry for Me Argentina." If you think Katrina Velarde is amazing, then you haven't seen/heard anything yet! She is the singing voice of Jasmine from Aladdin, Mulan from the eponymous Disney movie, the character Kim from Miss Saigon and much more. You will be moved to tears listening to this stunning version of this song. Btw, her brother is the one conducting the orchestra accompanying her.

There's another all female Japanese band that will certainly leave you speechless. The band Gacharic Spin might have some of the most talented musicians. 4 of the band members sing, and one of them can play 14 instruments. Some people compare his voice to Bruno Mars. Did you know that by the time your videos get to KZfaq the sound lags behind the picture by around 1/4 sec. ? - not your voice, only on the video - so the lip movements don't match the sound. ( I don't know if it is something that is worth looking into or not - watch it on KZfaq and see.) For a fun change of pace you could try "Katrina Velarde Impersonating Singers 3 (Burn)" I think that one has the best selection of singers that a Western audience would recognize, and better sound quality compared to some others recorded on fan-cams. She has her son on her lap on that one. Speaking of fun, there is also the TNT Boys big finale of "Bang Bang" on Your Face Sounds Familiar (not the studio version) . I've seen people react to videos of that performance with Eng. subs so you can understand their interaction with the judges afterward. Gary V. talks to them in Eng. anyway. If you have more patience though, there are other performances on that show worth seeing - such as them as the Bee Gees singing "Too Much Heaven" (which prompted a tweet from Barry Gibb.)
