Before the Goth Fitness program, I was constantly picked on by my peers, all for being overweight. Now I'm six months into the program, they're all dead, and I couldn't be happier. I also managed to get a sweet beach bod, a mistress, and a brand new foreskin. That's pretty cool, too.

Used to know a bunch of goths in my teens. There was this guy, a few years older than most of us. One day we were running late to catch a train and a few of us decided to run. He made do with fast walking because, in his words, "Goths don't run."

@@Jeremixhs Yes there is the small sub cultural of goth are taken lightly because you don't have to be just 1 sub culture of Goth. but Health Goth is the sub-culture in Goth where people focus a lot on their health and fitness while listening to different types of Goth bands, or wearing band workout shirts or darkly inclined work out outfits. a lot of Goths as myself are Vegan and want to incorporate that into our "Goth Health" routine or aesthetic

I used to weigh over 450 lbs. The pain in my legs was almost as bad as the suffering in my heart. Now, thanks to goth fitness, My black Italian leather trench coat no longer resembles a bomber jacket when I wear it, nobody thinks I just wear black because its "slimming", the band no longer skips when I mosh, and best of all, I can finally fit in an open grave of my choosing fir a nap! Thanks, Goth Fitness!

Never. It's a misconception about us, they're basing this video off of stereotypes rather than fact but most people don't bother to look into it and find that the goth culture mostly consist of Christians and are also a very loving happy culture. Who's idea of religion and music is confused with the actions of stupid kids who think they're goth and try to be "hardcore" but are just ignorant dumbasses.
