Hi everybody! in this video I will show you Nightwing's Ending in Gotham Knights. in Gotham Knights there are four different endings one for each hero.

I know a lot of people say Red Hood fits better because he went through death but man Nightwing fits faarr better because if anyone would be the heir of Batman, it would be nightwing. Nightwing is everything Batman SHOULD be, Bruce let the darkness consumed him, Nightwing is full of joy, and has been a leader for years, just think about it.. who led the Titans, Young Justice AND the Knights of Gotham? One name, Batman's true son. Dick fuckin Grayson.

Jason is the better choice -- he ends up being the most rational and level-headed.

I had to go Robin, I feel it was the better choice, red hood left and did his thing and dick just wanted to be his own hero and not a side kick, Tim found out Bruce’s and everyone’s identity on his own and grew and learned so much and the story as Robin in this game fit perfect.

Well, it fits well with both of them Nightwing and Red Hood were the first two robins, as well as Bruce’s first two sons They’re arguably the closest to Bruce, even more than Selena, Thalia, Gordon and Damian

batman killing himself feels really forced... he could have easily not done that and left, called for backup, shot the bat missiles instead of raming, dont try and tell me the bat ship doesn't have an ejector seat. just very forced, Its like they wanted a sacrifice, but put absolutely no thought into the execution...

Hate to argue but three points can be made to refute this: 1: he had no radio to call for backup 2: the batwing was busted, missiles probably didn’t work 3: the ejection seat was used in the game opening But I will concede that last point you made and agree that it does feel like a very forced ending to bring him back and then immediately kill him off again seems poorly executed.

@jacrispy4517 fair points, but to me it feels rushed and leaves me with confused feelings, I will acknowledge two things now that I’ve had more time to think about it 1: I don’t like how the endings focus on 1 character when the game is about 4 2:I do like the wholesomeness of how at the beginning of the game he dies hoping that his protégés will fight on, and at the end he dies knowing that they will.

@jacrispy4517 the problem isn’t that it has multiple ends, just that those ends disregard the fact that their is 4 characters, they could have made all characters be there and still focused it on the player character.

@@robbiemurray28951: I don;t like focus on 1 character... That's the point. Batman is now gone. He gets the ending to himself because he sacrificed himself because he's tired of doing it and has 4 others to carry on without him. the torch has been passed. The end was passing that torch on after the four were successful in their first (no bat help) mission.

@@weskirkland5850 your argument contradicts itself, the point I’m trying to make is that the game is about four player characters and the ending only focuses on one of them. Batman being the focus isn’t the problem, it’s that only one of the characters gets to be involved in it.

4:19 Bruce’s look of relief realizing that his beloved son is really alive and Dick’s smile as he runs to his father who finally came back to him and knowing he won’t actually have to hurt him is both heartwarming and heartbreaking :( It’s been proven several times that Dick is actually stronger than Bruce and is always holding back because his goal is to stop people not hurt them. The way Bruce acknowledges Dick, listens to him as he talks him down, shows his absolute trust and faith in him, and ultimately sacrificing himself by throwing himself between his son and a sword and then taking out everyone who was threatening him is so accurate. I love that their final real interaction is Dick using humor and Alfred to talk Bruce down, making him laugh in his arms, and holding his hand while smiling up at him with pure love and acknowledgment. It’s the best we could have hoped for if Bruce needed to die.

seeing this after what suicide squad did batman, that one is very respectful and honorable goodbye and death for bruce and so little little epic. Rocksteady really shoot his feet.

Honestly, while this outcome was extremely predictable (like the most predictable ending ever) I kinda like how they did it. Even his speech was in character I think, all about fighting corruption and all that

@@Thesaurus2200 it’s not bad I played it on hard mode and had some decent struggles . It took a couple days for me to really understand and respect the flow of the game. It grows on u . There’s some things wrong with it for sure. Is it worth $70 na $50 sounds about right but nonetheless anything I spend a lot of time on I consider good in my opinion
