Chess is literally your job and other chess players have to work and they still manage to be a grandmaster. How can you even be happy to become a grandmaster you have all the time in the world to play and analyse chess that’s actually so sad

That's not true of general managers at all. General managers need to learn how to deal with conflict while focusing on team building exercises to develop synergy between the departments. They also need skills with customer relations. Tell me you don't know business without telling me you don't know business... 🙄🙄

@@strategicsage7694I can explain. Levy Rosman is an international master of chess which is the second highest title. The first is Grandmaster, and to achieve this, you must have a FIDE (International Chess Federation) rating of 2500, and you need 3 norms. You can achieve Grandmaster or International master norms at closed round robin tournaments (maybe other types of tournaments) by having a really good score I forget the number.

It's inspiring to see you making real progress. Once you are at a certain level, the only way to do that is to actually resolve your own psychological hang-ups, which is the hardest thing to do in the world. Seeing you playing confidently and improving your skills makes me want to be better at things in my life.

Before even seeing what happened in this video, thank you so much for not giving up on yourself Levi. The times you seemed to truly believe you had no hope of further improvement were a tough taste of perceived reality. But to see you power through in spite of those thoughts is magical.

I'd argue your second move wasn't worse than the first one this time. Because this kind of blunder is not on the same level of foresight than the previous one - it was way harder to see, even if it gave an advantage. Case on point: neither of you saw it. Yeah it was still a blunder, but for it to be as bad it would need to be practically exploitable.
@a.v.y8331
@a.v.y8331 4 күн бұрын
agreed. blundering an advantage that would take a playing strength of 2700-3000 to spot is completely different from blundering an advantage that would take a playing strength of 2200-2500 to spot.
