GOTOMALL was established around 2011 by merchants who were operating the Gangnam Terminal Underground Shopping Mall. They founded GOTOMALL Co., Ltd. (formerly Gangnam Terminal Underground Shopping Mall Co., Ltd.). Located in 200 Shinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, the existing shopping mall, with a total length of 880 meters and a total area of 31,566 square meters, underwent extensive renovation and repair in June 2012. It was transformed into a department store-style shopping mall with over 620 ultra-modern facilities, establishing itself as the center of the local commercial district along with Shinsegae Department Store.
