Something quiet and relaxing for this week's video, because I'm slowly recovering from c o v i d and my brain can't handle much more 😂 Anyways, as I ease back into painting I decided to paint something I was thinking about for a few weeks. Apples always remind me of autumn, and what better way to celebrate my favorite season than to do a gouache study! I tried some new things, new paint, and learned a lot. I hope you enjoy this relaxing studio session. FYI - apples (or fruit in general) are a great learning subject.
