Gouda (2023) is a beautiful city in the Netherlands and world famous for its Gouda cheese. The city of Gouda is located in the province of South-Holland in the middle between Utrecht and Rotterdam. Gouda is named after the river Gouwe. The city has a beautiful medieval centre with canals. Some highlights of the city are the 15th century town hall, the St. John's Church, the Gouwekerk, the Vrouwetoren, the Grote Markt, Gouwe River and the Windmills.
