Just purchased some Swiss Made gouges today. Looking forward to more in this series. Think the first thing I need to learn is how to sharpen. Great vid!

Found your website and work the other night and was excited to see you are making videos. This was an excellent video and looking forward to the rest. I am a wood turner and have been for many years. However I was giving a set of knives to carve spoons and I am hooked. Next will be a few carved bowls. Keep up the great work

So true that sharpenning is the key to any woodworking , including for safety reasons. Question, never use two handed gouges on hardwood ? Thanks for the vid, looking forward to seeing the next ones!

Swiss made is what I have the most experience with and I highly recommend them.
