This is my great grandfather which would be my Big Brother in Kiowa ways.. These songs were recorded out at our old home south of Carnegie, OK.. The rest of the singers are all my family too.. I'm proud to be Kiowa and a lot more proud to be a Koomsa.. Thanks for all those who love these songs.. Aho

The songs following the starting song belongs to Chief WhiteBear( SATE-THIE-DAY) Both songs have the same meaning..In Kiowa it says "If I go and fight and die...Who will cry for me?"...and in response our other chief Sitting Bear(Sate-eingyah) responds.".I will cry for you...brother...Pahbee"...Beautiful songs of the Koygoo... Or as whiteman say Kiowa...

As a Nez Perce woman, I love the songs, they comfort me in my heart - as I know the songs comfort the menfolk that have endured the wars for this United States. To me, it helps them remember they are Native American first of all and then they are U.S. citizens. The Nez Perce people were captured and sent to Oklahoma to Tonkawa with Chief Joseph. Many friends were made by our people, the songs sound very good. Thank You.

+Rusty Cozad, You tell him pbau bi, how the hell does one tribe steal anothers songs. I've heard this bs for years. One tribe does not steal songs and the other suddenly forgets their own songs, it doesn't even make sense
