Was taking Julie to the Taichung train station as I do every Thursday. One block west of the main entrance I noticed a Banh Mi joint right on the corner. Not a street stand but an actual brick and mortar place. Banh Mi and Coffee. No English sign and it wasn't the Mandarin sign I was reading. Banh Mi and Coffee was in Vietnamese. Thanks to Planet Doug I was able to read the sign and understand what their specialty is. I have it marked on my Google Map for a future visit. Nice short video for a change of pace.

Banh me name was invented in the 19th century around 1830 , it is a typical french sandwich . But the bread is really much more better in France (crispy) CC

I am not too sure about the editing choice towards the end, where you didn't show a close-up of the Banh mi after getting back to the hotel. The "versus" in the title, as a result, couldn't really be seen in the video (apart from the comparison of price). But still, it's an enjoyable video to watch. Also, it looks like the burger restaurant keeps potato skin on their chips, which I guess would make the texture of the chips quite interesting.

Yes, I have to agree with you. I like a good burger, but I guess I don't really have a gourmet palate. Banh mi ends up being a much better value for the price.
