In his characteristic style of governance, Governor Zulum paid a surprise visit to the General Hospital in Gwoza and expressed dismay over lack of electricity and poor condition at the facility. The governor, who went to the hospital at midnight on Saturday, said it is unacceptable that a critical healthcare facility like that, lacks basic amenities such as electricity.
