Jasper Williams yes there is a couple of eagles being killed by wind turbines. Alot of time they don't see the fast propellers moving and they get hit while flying. It almost seems to me that, if our "Government" runs out of people to catch, that have broken the law (I. e.-Murderers, child molesters, robbers, rapists, etc., etc.), then they seem to think that they have the right to infringe on other people's lives. Lots of Apaches and other Southwestern tribes travel the intertribal powwow circuit. Usually if they are wearing regalia from other tribes it is because they have been adopted and given permission to wear those items and are now family to certain other tribes.
