Ma'am Princely states were not given the option of staying independent in the 3rd June Mountbaten Plan. They had the option of either joining India or Pakistan. However, Indian Independece Act 1947 had given them 3 options i.e. whether to join India or Pak or stay independent.

it means Kashmir was forced fully merged wd India with out plebiscite, which is their birth right

Hari Singh sold Kashmir to India on his own, without consulting its people. A plebiscite is still the right of the people of Kashmir to decide upon their accession. Secondly, UN gave the right of self determination to its people and not resolved the issue at that time. Geographically, culturally, religiously and politically, Kashmir must accede to Pakistan, otherwise India will soon see a war of independence for the state of Kashmir. Quite Kashmir !!!
