Priority, remove all illegal immigrants in hijacked buildings so that the City can go ahead with planned renovations or demolition. Its not all about Zimbabweans permit or a change to other visas. The People demand that the Minister deal with illegal immigrants wherever they are found within the Country, whether they are in construction restuarant, farming ,lastly,their employers are breaking the Law.,case in point the Goerge deadly accident.

He clearly states that the gorvenment was contradicting wth the courts hence causing confusion and delay for visa applicants . This guy is competent . Now everyone jus singing illigal foreigner dictum yet they no 1 knows where the problem of delay is cmng from . You must now understand s.a is now in the hands of 4th industrialists who believe in production and no to corription . To your qn . Illifal foreigner will be a word of the past . South africa will be the capital city of africa where production takes place . The gvtmnt will be processing visa applicants effectively unlike the old and tired guys who wer in the gvt whom only wanted hefty bribes to process papers

@@Angelface2980 massive task ? How please?
@Angelface29807 күн бұрын
@@christopheroscar6058 did you see the huge backlog there is for visas submitted in SA and because Aaron very cleverly made a decision to centralise the adjudication of all visa applications submitted at the SA missions abroad - taking away their rightful powers to process applications abroad? Did you see how many investors SA lose because of the above? Did you see how many people lose their jobs and how many SA employers lose critical skills and productivity because of the above? Did you see how long it takes for birth and marriage certificates to be issued? Did you see how very often systems are offline? Did you see how long citizenship applications take? Passports, at this stage, is the only functioning department working. Lastly, illegal people (and I am referring to people who illegally entered SA or obtained fraudulent statusses) must be taken to task as well as corrupt officials. That alone is a huge task. So yeah, he has his work cut out for him.

We cannot prioritise work visa applications while we are at 32% national unemployment. Halt the VISA applications. Many of them are not even based on scarce skills. Let common sense prevail. I see the DA doesnt mind the current unemployment rate and wants to increase it in fact coz it doesnt affect them personally We are in kak.
@tulip85867 күн бұрын
What does Home Affairs have to do with unemployment??? Bro have some basic understanding of segmentation. It's his job to make sure home affairs works, the minister of labour, that's who you need to throw your skepticism at because it's their job to deal with the issue you brought up. Your complaint is the equivalent of blaming the minister of agriculture for load shedding. That is not how the world works. If you have worked any job in some sort of meaningful capacity you would understand that there are different departments that focus on different things They work together yes but responsibility for sales is on the sales team, not finance for example. You would be severely mistaken to halt one process because another isn't working Fix the process that doesn't work before you cripple your business because you can't look beyond today Same thing here, address the minister of labour, it makes no sense crippling home affairs
@MissSlenda7 күн бұрын
Isn't it the same thing as he needs to see if those people those who applied for a work visa for a certain job if that job is indeed a scarce skill in the country before he approves it? Everything you wrote there still needs him to see if the country dont have those skills indeed before he approves that. In other words, he must go and make sure first that, indeed, no South African can do that job as simple as that. He must not come and bore us here with such nonsense while we are sitting at home being qualified and having the skills, yet he wants to go and approve a working visa of someone i have the skills of. @@tulip8586

Spare a thought for those that are here legally making a positive contribution to South Africa whilst legally earning a living and rebuilding their lives. There's nothing to go back to when you've spent the last ten years or more being a positive part of South African society. Denying them permanent residence by labelling them ZEP holders is rather unfortunate and certainly unfair.

Why? If Leon can keep illegals out and allow legals in then we hope to see a bigger portion excluded. Stats show last 7 years home affairs allowed 45 000 fraudelent visas to be issued and over 307 000 cases of reported illegal and irregular activities during the process. Right now home affairs processes only done by bribes causing all the criminals to enter. Hopefully Leon catches both local and illegals and lock them up. Also many more skilled jobs owned by foreign investors are closing bcz they cant outsource talent. So it ends up costing everyone

Foreign investors need diversity and inclusion in their organization, if you ask a foreign company not to employe people from other cultures and background they will leave which in turn affects the economy of the country. The Labour department should be responsible for implementing quotas in the privite sector and i believe they do.
