GP shifting on Yamaha R6

Күн бұрынSimple way to get 1 up 5 down shifting in 2007-2015 Yamaha r6. All is needed is a 10mm wrench and 4mm hex key. Takes as long as this video. ENJOY!

Wonder if the R3 has the same setup. Gonna have to check this weekend. Upshifting feels so unnatural

I’m sure you figured it out by now, but that line has to line up with the dot on the linkage or your shifting is not going to match up well

Yeah wish you were here 8 years ago 😂 I never noticed that. I drove it like this for alittle bit but with it being out of line like that it was sketchy so I went back to normal. Probably would have been fine if I knew that

@@earnyours9236if you look on the shaft, there’s a line through the middle of it. Then the linkage has a little dot stamped into it. The dot needs to be lined up with the line on the shaft
