Have you ever used a GPIO expander before?

Using now on a controller for controlling tons of LED indicators without needin all the signal lines to do so. Super efficient and I found that many people don't know about these. Went from using some massive DB connector, to just using I2C lines and a DB15.

Why does the expander fail when you exchange write between port for example P0{F0} P1{0F} and after P0{0F} P1{F0}? Regards.
