I was drunk 7 days a week. Body mind breaking down slowly. I bought wes book. Im now 17 days sober. Him saying its a choice not a disease hit me hard. Im in control always was. And its all up from here. Working out everyday. Wes is helping alot including myself. Thank you wes

Misery loves company. You not drinking is a reflection of how sad and pathetic they feee about themselves. “He thinks he’s better than us because he’s not drinking, his life obviously ain’t that hard, he’s no fun” etc etc. I have heard it all before especially in my early twenties. Those same people in their early thirties look 10 years older and haven’t gotten to where I’m at with a focused and clarified mind. Wes reminds us all of that.

1)The harder I portrayed myself outwardly, the more I unconsciously tried to cover my inconsistencies. 2) Drinking and drugs did the best thing ever! Showed me that you could change channels-that there was more than just one reality up for debate and option! Didn’t realize what I really needed was a MORAL EXORCISM!

Alcohol may seem fun but there are always consequences. 1. Health consequences (Do some reading) 2. Financial consequences (Always spending more on alcohol, food, and snacks- especially if you go out to places.) 3. Social Consequences. (Arguments, fights, scenarios pop up.) 4. Legal consequences (Fighting, DUIs, or worse. Think, is alcohol really worth all of the time we give it? Great message Wes

i used to drink and then i couldnt stop and became a bad party crusher all the time, i stopped drinking completely for quite a while, now i drink sometimes and i feel like i can control it - BUT i drink 1 night and after that i feel like a piece of sh1t for 2 days - mentally and spiritually exhausted! She started to talk about Easter Sunday we weren’t there . After her story I said drinking ruined Easter fuckin ruined it yet you continue to do it after all this pain

I’ve been watching Wes since I was 20 I’m 27 now i was 22 repping 225 25x on bench an a monster 6’ 215 lbs SHREDDED and had a health problem that destroyed me mentally and turned to a fucking heroin addict for 4 years I’ve been sober since feb 2021 and trying to build myself back to the monster I was.
