I just got out of the military from serving overseas due to a TBI. I have nocturnal epilepsy which basically is a sleep disorder & when I got out I was depressed & didn’t want to accept it. I’m getting treatment from the VA now and your videos always motivate me bc the tough love is just like in the military. Long story short, he is in N.K.S.P. Delano waiting to see his counselor. Being only 18 I fear the worst for him. I found your channel through a friend and glad I did. I started watching your videos to help me better understand what's the real deal inside. Yet, in the end, I also learn so much about myself in what you say. I don't know why I'm so similar. I'm very regulated..up at 3am ,workout, gym,6 mile hike, 10 mile mountain bike ride, EVERY day...Sunday, Christmas, everyday. I've never been in jail, but,I am a recovering heroin and crack cocaine addict, over 13 years clean. And,every single one of those days...I do that workout. Its like,i can't imagine NOT doing my routine.

Been watching Watson for about 6 months now. I listened to one of his jaunts and I immediately related. I'm 70 years old. I am an OG from the 1960's. Did a short stint in 1969-1970. 18 yrs old. Did bits in VA and PA as well. From 1964 (14 yrs old) till 1979 I was a criminal. I did it all, over 500 felonies from burning, to selling crank and skag to robbing and other things. Beefed a few times but never convicted again. I saw the worst beating in my life in stir. 4 guys on a snitch. He didn't die but was never right again. At 18 did time with murderers, Mafia guys, bikers, played cards everyday with a great bank robber. (no names). But in 1979 I knew my luck was running out. Plus the germination of a Mafia war was trickling down to the meth world. I saw the writing. I split for Alaska. Didn't owe any one anything. Never looked back. Graduated freom a state university Phi Kappa Phi Cum Laude with a 3.51 GPA. Had a son, raised him as a single father. Started a business which my son now runs. I retired but got bored. Bought some land and planted a 900 tree apple orchard. I have a modest retirement when the orchard matures I should be very comfortable. BUT I will always have a convict mentallity. I treat people with respect but if you fuck with me I will balance the scales. But society should know. I always know who I am. A fucking exconvict and convicted felon.
