Thanks. I had wondered how to see satellite data. Also, Garmin has another way to get to the "Diagnostics" area and all of the stuff there. Instead of what you showed pressing the "mph" area for a while, they recommend going to the "Volume" menu and holding on the top right corner for a while. Gets you to the same place. People sometimes have trouble updating maps when connected to a computer running Windows and it seems the fix is to go to Diagnostics Page > Configuration and Settings > MTP Settings and change from "MTP Auto Detect" to "Mass Storage."

Just recently bought this model 61. Already had an issue and had to soft reset it. Blackout it worked for a little bit and then I turned it off and then it would not turn back on. But I got it working again but I just don't know how long or how come that in the 1st place.

Do you have to follow a setting after installing a memory card?

Is there a way to test the sd card connection? My Garmin Drive Smart 60 won’t recognize any sd card, even the one from my other Garmin.
