Hey what’s up everyone, so this the new loft for my racing pigeons. I’m so grateful and so happy of how this one turned out. I’ve waited 2 years for this and now it’s finally here. Thank you God!
Also, big thanks to Salvador for taking this job. It’s hard to find a carpenter that does great work nowadays so I’m glad Salvador helped me out. Thanks bro!!

Oh, now you have done it! The first racing season in the books and now a bigger loft too. Once this racing pigeon sport gets in your blood it will take over your brain and heart. Even if you stop, you will always keep thinking about it and remember your pigeons. Good memories to come. Always make sure you have a few more perches than birds. It stops fighting . The last thing you want is broken flights . I would also put a nest box in each corner. Pigeons only know 3 things . Food . Flight . Reproduction. They mat be young birds but they'll still pair up. Nice loft though. Good luck with it . Keep em in for a week and they should be fine... u should do the same to house your breeders.

Hey mate, I just subscribed I have racing pigeons here in Sydney Australia and love watching your videos reminds me of when I first started small now I am on a bigger scale but love those new squeakers you got great work try build an external water container for the racers that way it stays clean

Haha! Editing is the key 🔑 once you learn it you can take out the footage you don’t like, and in control as to what you want people to see 😊

Sorry mate just another tip I would get rid of the inside board of the trap or make it a introverted box then bobs that way they walk over the race pad then go though the bobs

I would cover the bottom with the same color (grey), but leave the top area still open like that. The loft looks simple but it’s detailed to me for easy settling and trap training of young birds. Lol

Your birds may have respiratory problem. Get La200 from tractor supply and inject .04cc in the back of the neck or the breast of the pigeon. Repeat after 3-4 days

What if they are wild birds. Is this something that will kill them? It seems contagious because his partner now has the same.

@@mmersino7363 it shouldnt kill them or if its a serious case then it may. Respiratory makes it hard for the bird to breath so if its a high case of respiratory then I cant say for sure but the bird may end up dieing due to lack of oxygen

GPS, Jai loft and Xiong Guy! Whats up guys! GPS how much did your friend charge you to build that loft? I’m Filipino and used to race homing pigeons when I was in high school here in So Cal, was a member of a club and raced for two years and did really well even won the bird of the year my first year racing and I was the youngest member at age 16. This was in 1990-93. Then I started college and didn’t have time so I stopped racing and eventually couldn’t keep or take care of the birds anymore. Been wanting to race again since then but life keeps getting in the way but I’m really getting the urge to do it again esp watching you three guys. Not sure I have the time and all to build a loft again. I built two large lofts with my dad back in the day. Would love to meet up with you local guys. I’m not too far from Jai lofts.

Hey what’s up man! Last year was my first race and i had so much fun. It was challenging for sure and took a lot of my time! I didn’t win anything though unlike you haha. I’ve been watching you and Jai since the beginning and you two reminded me of myself when I first started. I was lucky enough to have this old guy who was retiring from the sport mentor me and teach me everything he knew. And it was tough esp since this was 80’s- 90’s so no internet or access to nothing you want or need like today. But o had a lot to learn and a lot of trials and mistakes. Most of my birds were Huysken Van Riels but my bird of the year was a Jansen hen an old member gave me when I first started. She was consistently always my first bird home. I love watching your uploads. Really gets me wanna get back into it.
