Remember when he called off his wedding the night before because his fiancee wouldn't sign a prenup? Then proceeded to just give his credit card to his bestman and told gim to treat everyone for wasting their time. Dude's a legend. Edit: the prenup reason was Stephen Jackson. Richard Jefferson was REALLY good in his prime. He was the perfect SF on those early 00's Nets teams that went to 2 straight NBA Finals. Would have been an All-Star and All-NBA in 05 if he didnt get hurt. Never was the same player after that. Its weird we live in a world where Joe Johnson went to like 8 All-Star games and RJ never went to one. Nothing against Johnson, he was a fine player BUT Id take prime RJ over prime JJ any day, any time.
