Spent the day installing this Flow Designs splitter. One of the few lucky ones over in the US to get one this month I believe. The video above is pretty good it just missed a few points. One of the issues is bolt ingup the brace that supports the splitter. Problem is the brake cooling ducts are in the way. Looks like they've been removed on the video so it looks easy to reach over the crash beam to screw in the bolts. Mind you, it is doable, you have to approach the brace from under the crash beam. I had to use a series of magnets, crazy glue, and small tools to get the bolts into the supports from under the crash bar, took about 2 hours and a lot of swearing. The next frustrating part was trying to get the splitter attached to the brace. The long screw is not long enough to go through the splitter, spacer, bumper and into the brace. I am going to pick up longer replacements tomorrow to complete the install, but the splitter looks good on the car. However, despite the headache installing this: The fitment is excellent, other than the bolt issue and It looks amazing on the GR Corolla. Suggestion to Flow Designs.: Lengthen the long bolts by at least 1 cm, also consider enlarging the opening on the spacer ( I used a drill to open up the spacer diameter to I had some wiggle room to feed the screw in). Edit the video and show how to remove the brake ducts or a hack to get the two bolts into the brace on both sides or suggest removing the bumper. Thanks Flow: Awesome design, durable material, looks hot! But Please fix the bolt issue.

Very interesting, i was about to order this but I might hold off until they either respond or address the concern. I have their canards and they are great.

Hey man, any updates on how those bolt replacements went? Also, you reckon you can remove the cooling ducts without taking apart the bumper or no? Cheers mate

The longer bolts did the trick. I found some screw that replace the short allen cap screws that were supplied. I will say it was tough to find longer screws. Home Depot did not have them. Ace Hardware did. Though the Philips head screw cap is likely to get levelled if I scrape the front bumper it should be fine. It looks great!@@aidanmento

I just installed the splitter, you are right, the cooling ducts are in the way, Ratcheting Wrench will help a lot. without it, I can imagine it took you hours just to do that 4 bolts. I don't have the screw not long enough problem, I guess they fixed it.
