Hi Kenny. Wow girl, steady on. Love the way you package everything but that pales in comparison to your beautiful soaps. Just a word on the two sided soap, it is the bomb!!! I cut mine in half as I didn't want to waste any, and it is just so luxurious and fluffy and gentle and leaves my skin so soft. May not be the prettiest girl at the party but she is full of kindness. Thank you and I cannot wait for the postman to get here in about 4 weeks. X x x

That’s beautifully packaged! It’s not over kill! Because the few ppl saying things about the packaging don’t have to deal with a very mad customer because there stuff comes destroyed or broken. Because u didn’t pack it well enough and the post office will not honor an insured package if they feel that that package is t up to there standards. So I had a couple ppl as if I can use less packaging and I responded with “ absolutely! I would be more then happy to accommodate you but if u want eco which is still paper like I use then I charge $6.00 extra for eco packaging and u have to sign a waiver that even though I’m telling u that ur package will be destroyed i onto be held accountable and u have to eat the cost including not getting a refund from me when the items are destroyed. “ and needless to e they still order from me but when I asked them to put there dime in there convictions the planet and integrity for themselves wasn’t exactly wi hoped for. But I don’t think they expected to be politely called out like that. Lol u do what u need to do hun the ppl who don’t like it will shop somewhere else but u need to stay true to urself and what u love and I believe the customers that u are meant to have will find u hun. And I use bubble wrap like crazy but all my products except for my soap’s and body butter containers is glass. And I send my 10ml in very dainty glass genie bottle style antique perfume bottles and they are fragile. I had one break when a customer got it and I told to throw it out and I’m making her a new one. And I know it was my fault because I forgot to double wrap it and my really really heavy duti tape I ran out of and I used different tape. And it was packed with shred like crazy! But the post office bang these packages around like crazy. So I wto eat the $20.00 and shipping because I didn’t do my over kill on wrapping. I felt so bad that that happened. So u do what u do and they’ll come or they won’t ya know.

And I missed this one too! Kenny I love, love LOVE your packaging. You truly put all your love and time in wrapping, selecting, matching all the labels and stickers. I still have your personal thank you notes from my previous orders taped to my wall. Even though this video was back in August this truly was the highlight of my late night/early morning (another insomnia night for me). I will be placing another order soon.

I ordered from you. I was already excited to get my package, now I'm super excited to see my packaging. People may not think presentation is a big deal but it is. Even if I don't get my items wrapped as pretty the boxes and wrapping paper in this video are beautiful.

Hi Kenny, I love your videos! For the past few months I’ve been learning how to make soap and your videos inspire me. Do you have a video on the simplest way to calculate how much to charge for a bar of soap? I love making soap but the business aspect not so much. I need to be more comfortable with the business part.

Kenny I need help! I've been making soap since June. I finally am making nice looking soaps (still room for improvement). My thing is, bramble berry says to start off with .50 oz. Per pound of fragrance. That is not enough. My soap has no scent. I tried .70 ozs. Still not enough. What do you do?

First, congrats on your new soap journey, that's awesome! I actual use 2 oz per 3 pounds of soap, but I do use kaolin clay in most of my recipes, and it's supposed to act as an anchor for fragrances. Give that a try and see if you notice a difference. You don't need much kaolin clay either. Also, you can use 1 oz of fragrance per pound of soap for your recipe, but be sure to check the IFRA guidelines on that fragrance to be sure. Hopefully this helps you out girl!
