-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1.5Tbsp soy sauce
-2.5Tbsp oyster sauce
-about 3Cups water (add more as needed)
-drained canned mushroom (400g net weight 200g drained weight)
-250ml all purpose cream
-1-2Tbsp toasted garlic
