Can always find good deals on shoes at the OKC outlets. Specifically, I got a very nice pair of Johnston Murphys for something like $75 at the outlet store and they will last me a very long time. For dress shirts with someone of your build, you need to look for the athletic cut probably in a XL if L is too tight. The XL will be big enough but with the athletic cut, won't hang off of you.

Looking sharp. Go for a tie if you're wearing a jacket, you'll need a linen number in the heat to keep you cool and make sure the tie is dark blue and the jacket light blue with those trousers. Get a bow tie you can learn to tie yourself. They are super easy to do and you will stand out amongst your friends. Remember, warm colors with brown shoes.

As standard plan on wearing a jacket and tie from arriving at the ceremony to the end of the sit down dinner. If you turn up and there's not many wearing ties then you can take it off but you look like a kid if others are and you aren't. Photos look better with jacket and tie. Borrow a tie if you're not planning on wearing it regularly and there's people you can borrow one off. Dress shoes if you're not planning on wearing them much then go with something you can go to an interview in and appear professional. If you're not planning on wearing them regularly then you can go relatively cheap but learn to polish for events and interviews. Black is generally simplest. Pocket squares are also fun and fairly cheap!

You can do like a country wedding outfit that is button-down top with a tie and blue jeans and dress shoes
