I can't understand why anyone would dismiss baking as not being 'a real degree' or whatever. It's one of very few trades I can think of that's both a science AND an art.

AND it will always be a popular in demand job. And has been since the dawn of damn time. And the daily grind which people use to refer to the working day literally refers to the millstones daily grind to make flour to make bread! Like bread whether you eat it or not is and has been the corner stone slash foundation of the majority of human diets and without it well we wouldve starved.

Grace, your relationship with ur dad is so lovely. Coming from someone who doesn’t have the greatest relationship with their dad, it is so lovely to see such a fun, loving father/daughter bond.
