Wow, I don't know anything about grading but do these guys know what they're doing? Too much downward pressure on those blades maybe? A lot of smoke being generated by the friction of the blades against that very hard surface. That road didn't look like it even needed to be bladed. Seems like a lot of excessive wear on the blade edges for very little improvement, if any at all to the road.
