When I was like 5, there was a boy who opened the bathroom door while I was using the bathroom. He kept laughing then I closed the door then he opened it and laughed, but thank god the teacher saw him and shut the door instantly.

When i was 10, I was walking around this big brick wall with a friend… and suddenly a group of three boys our age came up to us. They started yelling at us for no reason. I wanted to run, but my friend was to scared. We were there for a few minutes scared. I didn’t know what to do. They were less than a foot away from us. This keeps on coming back to my mind. They never touched us, but I wanted to share my experience.

I have this friend, (This situation got sorted out and he's not a bad kid) He is a year older than me and he was touching my butt. I couldn't communicate well enough that this made me uncomfortable and that I didnt like him smacking my butt. I was fed up with it and sat down with my mom. She talked to his mom and everything got sorted out fine. Turns out that he just didnt know it was upsetting me. He hasn't done it or even made jokes about it since. The one time he did (made a joke) I made it clear I didn't want him to joke about it. He had made a comment about my butt before this too. All of this behavior has stopped and I just think he sees it happen and does it. I am really glad I told somebody. Though, when his mom found out about it, she started yelling at him. I had walked to his house with him and as soon as I heard her, I ran. I couldnt watch it happen. The last thing I heard him say was, "I can't stay out." Untill I saw him I was so angry at myself. When really, he wasnt mad at me. I thought I was a snitch but I know that I did the right thing. Even if I hated myself for it at the time. Stand up. Even if it's hard, whatever is happening will stop. You've got this.

The problem of sexual abuse/harrasment mostly start from your own house....many won't believe but......It happens!!!! It seriously happens!! The children are afraid of telling their parents about it....the trust...they just can't....the education system too is a backbone of this stupid thing! I remember when my teacher taught me about good and bad touch.....It seriously wasn't clear to me what was it actually....cause the teachers tried to be introvert in that case to an extreme level they could be. Children must be taught well so that they could even know what actually it is!!! And parents should be friendly to the level that children could share there problems.... nowadays they prefer to tell those problems to an outsider rather than their parents...like seriously? :|

I love this message being shown. Though sometimes, I think hitting and kicking is okay during an emergency. Of course, not all the time, but the word STOP isn't always going to stop them. I don't want to promote violence though. I hope you get my message clearly and understand. Thank you for spreading these videos on KZfaq! :)

When I was 4 or 5 I had a 'friend' who would force me to do things I shouldn't. A few times he said 'every time I roll down the hill you have to kiss me!' I said no but he forced me into it. He would roll down the hill like 20 times and he would force me into kissing him! Now, I play Xbox with him, but even then, he burns down my minecraft houses and body shames me, he calls me skinny and one time called me a skinny dog, then called me a female dog! I just felt like sharing this bc it's been stuck in my mind for ages!

I have feel sexual abuse for 5 times.. 1 in reality and 4 other in internet. - But, i don't feel like the reality one is true.. cus i never believe that my teacher with do that to me. He touches/hug me everytime I do his work that he gave, he even touch my hip once. Until now, i still wanted to figure it out. What about if i got to that course again and see if he changed? Is it a bad idea? - For the other 4, i really feel them. They are showing their private part. And one of them is my friend, he is older 9 years than me. I thought he was talking to me to become his friend. But, longer i talk to him, the topic change into sexual things. I'm already scared that time. He even take a photos of his private part.. I'm.Really.Disgusted. i feel like i wanna cry that time. I want to tell to my parents.. but i just recognize that.. i didn't obey my parents., cus my parents already said "Don't talk to strangers on your phone! They're dangerous" and i still doing it., Now i will try to pick good friends and not bad friends. I'll try to block them if they are starting to get weird. That's the story of mine.😁 I hope you give reply this message..

I've been sexually abused by my older cousin, im still a minor (im going to 6th grade) and it makes me feel uncomfortable because hes a grown adult, I really dont like it and im scared to tell anyone because i dont qant to be asked "why would you let him do that", and its mostly because hes nice, hes very kind and i never knew this would happen, but he did this act ever since i was about 6 or 7. I did not like it, he would touch my leg or do other stuff that made me uncomfortable, but i thought it was normal, so i didn't say anything, but now I'm older, so i learned that SA was wrong because they taught it in a video because kids kept doing it. Now i just make excuses to leave as soon as he starts to touch me, so i wouldn't have to have that momemt again, but still, it disturbs me to this day, i really want to tell someone, but im scared no one would believe me. When i get closer to my goal, i would try to stop it, and i will say no. Thank you for showing me this video, it makes me feel very cared

This is a very watered down and childlike way of teaching kids how to stay safe. Also, children need to know how to protect themselves very early because people are cruel and will touch anyone inappropriately if they want to, including young children. They get kidnapped, raped, groomed, assaulted, talked down to, and bullied. They need to know how to deal with nasty people you like it or not.

Its not dumb because its better to teach the children how to protect themselves than to fall victim to sexual abuse.
