Actual marks mean without negetive mark or mark after subtracting negetive.?

Actual marks means after removing negative. Normalized is after the normalization.

The affect of accuracy in normalization is there in exams such as GMAT, GRE and we call them as adaptive tests. There is no direct normalization which happens but the final score which a student gets depends upon the questions attempted and the ones which were marked correctly. In SSC accuracy will not have affect on normalization. Normalization will not be determined by individual performance but the overall difficulty level of the shift.

Sir agar koi shift me wrong questions raha to fir kya normalisation usi according hota hai ..ya phir jitna hona chahiye tha utna nhi hota due to wrong question?? Ya phir jitna normalisation hona chahiye wo number +wrong question marks as it is add hote hai??

Hello, Kathin prashn ka javaab Dene se koi fayda ya nuksaan nahi hota. Normalisation me ye nahi dekha jata hai ki kaun kaun se savaal sahi kiye gaye hain. Isme sirf ye dekha jata hai ki kitna score Aya aur shift ka average score kya raha.

Means, Agar mere shift mein sabhi topper log aaye aur unka score bhi high hoga to normalisation ka benefit muze nahi milega aur agar mere shift mein average log aaye aur unka score average hai to muze normalisation ka benefit milake mere marks badhenge. Right?

sir easy shift me agar ham zyada marks laye jaise ki mere 124 out of 150 hai tho easy shift me marks badh sakthe hai kya?

Technically easy shift me agar zyada marks aye hain to zyada chances hain ki baki logon ne bhi accha kiya hoga. To by the formula, uska impact negative hoga.

Sir, One of my friend raw score 88 category: UR, and he cleared the cut off 103 means minimum increase of 15 marks. My raw marks 111. OBC, Both having same shift. Can I expect same marks increased for me also ? Shall I expect more than 15 marks will be added as a normalisation ?

Agar negative marking nhi thi to normalization kaise hoga agar maine 100 ke 100 questions bana diye or mera mark 50 hai or esi exam me kisi ne 45 no laya hai or usne sirf 60 questions ko banaya hai to esme kya hoga

Normalization shift ki difficulty ke basis pe hoga... aapke performance ke basis pe nahi. Example me jo do cases liye hain, us hisab se agar dono students same shift me hai to dono ka normalization ka effect same hoga. Is baar se koi fark nahi padta ki kisne kitne questions kar ke 50 marks laye hain. Attempt ke hisab se normalization ka jo scene hai use adaptive test kahte hain. Vo SSC me nahi hota. GMAT ek exam hota hai vo adaptive hota hai.

No sudhansu, Accuracy ka role nahi hai... Sirf aapke jo marks obtained hain uska role hai. Formula me accuracy ko consider karne ke liye koi variable nahi hai. Ye ek bohot common misconception hai.

No no. Negative ka use sirf aapke score ko calculate karne ke liye kiya jata hai. Normalization actually shift ki difficulty se decide hota hai. Agar shift difficulty thi to marks badhenge.

Incorrect answers are not going to make a difference. They will just impact your score before normalisation. It has no role to play in normalisation.

nahi tukka marne se koi fark nahi padta.. agar negative nahi hai to saare questions attempt karne chahiye... nahi aa rha to tukka definitely marna chahiye.

Hello dear, Accuracy matter nhi karegi normalisation me. Sirf ye matter karega ki aapki shift ka difficulty level kaisa tha aur aapka normalisation ke pehle kya score ban rha hai.

what if max. the students in a particular shift are average or below average in terms of IQ then the shift is term as difficult even if the paper is of easy or moderate level "IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM"?

Technically it will be considered as a difficult shift. But what you are assuming is not going to be the case because if the paper is easy it isn't possible that all students are of avg or below avg level and they don't do well in the paper. So your assumption is not going to be correct in a large group of students.
