I guess for context in that cook and j.j deal. I have burrow, Williams, maye and Young as qbs. So i had at least one that was expendable. The 2025 1st is from another rebuilding team so it'll be an early 1st as well

Best Trade I did on my rebuild team (10 Team, 1 QB) was trade: K. Hunt, T. Higgins, E. Mitchell for J. Smith-Njigba, 2024 1st Rd, 2024 3rd Rd. The 1st became a 1.03 for Nabers.

Dynasty trades are usually horrendous. It ruins leagues often. You get guys that make trades to the bests teams constantly, often then quit when they don’t work out and no one ever understands trades very rarely work out for both parties. I do low key trades here and there but teams that are constantly wheeling and dealing and winning, at the expense of a fair league, drive me insane. I’ll never understand why people accept some offers, like they feel obliged.

That's a nasty core, especially in a start 9 12tm. On one of my rosters I have been building around WR heavily the last 2 years and I now have Chase, Wilson, London, MHJ, Nabers. 10tm st10

Bryce young side is better Ik we can’t just go off projection but it only makes sense from a prospect evaluation standpoint. Zay flowers doesn’t really have the tools to improve as a wr whereas young is only trending upwards

As a commissioner of a league this just makes me not want to be in any leagues where I’m not able to veto stupid ass trades that ruin leagues and look like collusion at best.

Cause you're on a power trip? If they legitimately both agree to the trade (and it's not legitimately collusion for the sake of analogy) then it should go through. If you think the deals are so bad then why don't you be the one to abuse their lack of common sense? That would be my argument.

@@richardcheese9152 no power trips I’ve had guys get mad at me in the moment and then thank me months later. I spent lots of time looking at nfl data and learning about the game of fantasy. It is my job to protect my league from guys trying to screw people over. Just because you’d be power tripping with power doesn’t mean others don’t know how to handle it.

⁠@@richardcheese9152while I don’t agree with leagues where you can veto, the “well then why don’t you take advantage of their lack of common sense” is one that I hate. Most of the time, managers who accept absolutely horrible deals like the ones in this video are not even exploitable, because there’s no rhyme or reason to how they value things. They will offer one of these fleece jobs one moment, but deny trades where they win handily the next, and good luck trying to figure out any pattern there lmao

"You should be playing superflex" Fantasy football is simulating running a team. A team plays multiple RBs and multiple WRs. It does not play multiple QBs. Format started bc players got bored, makes no sense

I initially had the same thought process, until I played in a SF league and realized it was a million times better specifically for dynasty! It definitely increases the value of rookie picks making the draft more fun as well.
