More “newer” collectors need to watch this. This is the time it takes to ensure a high level of accuracy with grading. While a person can look over a book in a minute or two and still nail the grade, they will be less consistent especially if they don’t have the experience of doing so with 1000s of books. Until you are there, take your time, be overly critical and you will never be upset or let down by CGC grades when you do submit books. Keep up the great vids

Great use of data and eye grading

Great vid, just stumbled upon your channel and I'm loving your vids. Noticed you at 1.99k subs so decided to even that out for ya lolll

I would be interested to see what kind of improvements can be made to the lower grade book... not necessary for obtaining a hogher grade value but more so for improving our PCs and preserving valuable books. Lower grade copies are more obtainable to true comic fans that are interested in owning and reading the books and it would be cool to see what can be done on a budget to approve the appearance of an overall collection even in lower grade.

Where do u get such great ASMs?

Using the tool and putting the first book on BOTH the left and right boxes I get a 80|2.0 on the left(green) and a 84|1.5 on the right (yellow/pressed) The higher values are coming from the Major boxes, giving 20 points on the right side vs 18 points on the left side. The second higher grade book shows the same value on both the green and the yellow areas 30.5|6.5 It looks like the entire "Major" column on the Pressed/Yellow side are all set to a value of 20 vs the Green side being set at 18 Thanks for the tool!! Going to print a few out as I set up some cleaning/pressing and sending off to CGC soon.
