nah nah, let that guy cook. I ran his same team and managed to first try kid buu, the 12ki debuffs go crazy when they're popping out like 5 of those a turn. Alongside swordhan vados and bulma...definitely need rng cuz a super definitely cooks everyone but long as you dodge the super the normals ain't gonna do shit ngl. Although if you don't transform yea the blue duo suck 💀

47:44 I kinda agree. Dodge alone on a unit is bad. Rng is still RNG no matter what. But dodge with a additional defense mechanik like DR or guard is great. LR buuhan is a prime example of a unit with build in dodge how it should be done. If he dodges than he dodges. Good. But even if he gets supered he wont die. Thats the reason im not a big fan of eza kefla and eza gotenks. If they get tapped they are dead.

I fully agree. Unless you're Agl UI, then you just dodge everything. On the flipside, Str UI could have 100% dodge and he'd still plant his face into enemy attacks.

I agree about rating Buuhan over Vegito, and i say this as someone who always loved Vegito much more before. He surprisingly defends quite a bit better when theyre both in base, and then Buuhan transforms easier and while hes not quite of a juggernaut as STR Vegito, he still can live 99.9% of the game and do crazy damage.

I don't know about the 2.7 million defense stat on AGL Ultimate Gohan, but I have seen my 69% Gohan tank Redzone movie boss rush Broly's Super in two separate runs with two supers (he took around 500k).

As someone who’s been playing since str super gogeta on global this game is 100% stale but I still love it, my favorite era was ages ago during str Vegito blue release he’s still my favorite unit ever And there have been times I’ve just dropped the game for 6 months like during the 120% meta, that’s just what happens when you’ve been playing over 10 years

Truth, do some challenge runs for content. Use some crazy teams, or limit yourself to global only units, or maybe SR only SBR run. Hot takes is getting a bit played out and repetitive.

I would agree with the power creep guy if he meant the difficulty of events. I’m sure plenty of 2022 units could be run in the hardest content right now, if you juice them, and max them out, and run them beside Bulma and beast, and etc etc. But you NEED all of that stuff for them to be playable, and a bit of RNG so they don’t get swatted when you float them off. And that goal post keeps moving. That’s what’s so frustrating about the F2P scene. Personally tho, very hyped that EZAs are looking so good this year. It’s turning my opinion of this around very slowly.

I think truth misunderstood the “power creep” argument at 13 mins. Leader skills is NOT power creep, stats and kit are. Gogeta in the 70% meta was still really good and ran in pretty much everything. I remember using him STILL on the STR SSJ4 Goku 120% team.

⁠@@renegade_9173I think people more so deem that as meta shifts in units instead, as bosses weren’t getting harder, in fact they were getting easier compared to the first STR Broly stage. Cause if we are counting changes in leaderskill as powercreep, then 9th anni is nowhere near the biggest powercreep in game, it should be the switch from flat boost to percentage boost leaderskill in game

@@belfast4893 idk if I’d agree with that tho leaderskills is a whole multiplier boosting ur character, it’s one of the multiple factors of power creep ofc kit matters too. 9th anni is the biggest power creep just from the sheer power these characters have, a leader skill buff isn’t necessary. But say 7th anni when we got introduced to 200% leaderskills it was apart of the power creep that came with 7th anni.

Most premium units and top EZA at 55-69% (Bulma with a good amount of orbs gets almost killed by dismal future cell) is getting crushed if you don't team build right and have a little luck. ngl just used the same team that guy used for the kid buu fight and managed to first try no item it, he's kinda cooking. Teq VB not being able to do any damage on the 12ki sucks but he still does solid on the 18ki and dodges, but man agl vb debuffs kid buu to oblivion with those numerous 12ki supers, alongside bulma swordhan and vados, the team cooked. I mean, I was able to have blue gogeta double digit tank a fully built up kid buu normal, that's crazy

For the comment about difficulty, I do understand that in the past, they released content that almost seemed like there was 0 intention for it to be completed on release. Such as the Extreme TEQ SBR stage, but I feel like now, if they release content that arent intended to be completed on release, a huge number of players complain about it. I feel like doing it the way they are doing it now (Releasing difficult content that's still doable, with paced or highly restrictive missions) is the healthiest way to do it

That’s me, the word limit kinda fucked me up a bit and I’m not good with words. my main point was that I would like a way for Dokkan to make content that requires more than just brute force attack a defence. For example a boss that’s really annoying and locks or debuffs but then Dokkan implements characters that have a clense active skill or something, that’s not to say that’s exactly what I want but something that makes the game more than just big attack and defence

He thinks the games difficulty has spiraled out of control saying "Every unit needs to do everything now. They all NEED damage reduction, they all NEED dodge, they all NEED crits and they all NEED super high stats turn one ontop of everything else. You cant have any team that's just a brute force team anymore."

Because he said u said "1 Mio with guard ain't great" so that means his start of turn defense was 1 Million for sure. 30% of 1 Mio is 300,000. 1 Super = 1,3 Mio 2 Supers = 1,6 Mio 3 Supers = 1,9 Mio 4 Supers = 2,2 Mio 5 Supers = 2,5 Mio So in his active skill round he is kinda right.

Idk if it's a hot take or if even is in the video, but I think the power creep leaving 1 year or 2 year old units completely outdated is insulting, so IMO those units should have an eza before the older ones.
