That flashback was actually a "parallel" to the last episode (ep 13) of the previous season where in this one, Hori was the one daydreaming and it's on her perspective. That's why it's only her monologue in the end whil Miyamura does the monologue on the first season of their graduation.

Sadly.... we never did get a beach scene, even in the manga! 😢😢😢 The whole bit dreaming about the past and the inner dialog by Hori was written just for this anime and wasn't in the manga. I'm so glad you folks decided to watch "Missing Pieces" and that you enjoyed it! It was very fun watching your reactions to the series!

@@davinritcharoen9922 What?!!! Has that finally been translated to English???!!!! EDIT: Wait..... I have volume 17 already. Is the "beach scene" you're referring to, the one from Iura's imagination while the gang is in the Student Council room? That's not what people keep asking about. People wonder if the gang actually made a trip to the beach together and if there is any record of such a trip. Iura's imagined beach scene is also in the anime.

@@Error_-cb5xb mmmm.... I think you're getting this confused with the last episode of Horimiya Season 1. If you watch episode 13 from the first season and then this episode, you'll see that while it is kind of the same, the first season is from Miyamura's perspective and the second season is from Hori's perspective. The version in the manga is of Miyamura's perspective and the version in this episode is somewhat different (it has Hori's voice instead).

The end of an entertaining journey. I cant wait for Toradora such an old school favorite. I wish they had done the time jump with Sota and Yuna when they are in highschool Sota literally became just like his big brother Miyamura and father. Ready to throw hands for his girl lmao. Anyways I guess you could always check it out in the manga three chapters of wholesomeness. Im glad how this ended it never missed.

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou is another comedy anime with absurd banter between friends like Horimiya but without romance. I think you guys wanna give it a shot.

you can still raise your younger sibling even if you're unskilled in typical house chores stuff, those stuff doesnt really require high level skill for it to be sufficient enough lol
