That is an excellent lumber yard, I really like the local lumber feel it puts off. All I would add to it is a Stop & Dismount sign by the entrance for the conductor riding the shove. I've been watching since 2016 and your skill has grown through the roof.

My first iteration of it is available for TANE over at Jointedrail.com It's not quite like this though. It's only part of the route and at this point a lot of the detail is out of date. I'm hoping to have this version release early next year though.

Only about 5 or so miles of somewhat empty space between Allegheny and Mount Union that needs to be filled in. But I'm moving pretty quickly so I'm hoping to have the route done and ready for release early next year.

I'm not sure how many baseboards but the route file is 165 MB right now.

I noticed a problem with your build. Centerbeams are unloaded from both sides and your stacks of lumber are so close to the one side that they wouldn't be able to access that side. You should move those stacks elsewhere.

After I finished the video I noticed that as well and made some adjustments. I just got rid of one or two rows of lumber and I think it's enough space to get a forklift in there.
