Is 1 cracker a sheet, a half sheet or 1/4 sheet? The metrics on Graham crackers are painful to look at

The most important info, the amount of each ingredient, is on the screen for a wink of an eye, and only in weight; no volume measurement. What an awful how to video. It could be half the length and have twice the information to be a much better video How much did you pay to be the first hit?
