HA HA HA Elaine's story (starting at 12:57) takes me back to something I did at work once....I was emailing my head office to big up a colleague I'd worked with the day before who had been brilliant and deserved praise, and my email ended with '....he made a 12 hour shift seem so much less exhausting', and it was only after I'd sent it, I realised I'd accidentally missed out the 'f' in 'shift' !! oops LOL
