They have an strange jaw movement while talking, the aspiration of the letter "S" after every syllable, the "seseo" (lack of distinction between the "c", "s" and "z"), etc. I have been told to have this accent since I was a fking kid, and I use it every day, and I don't talk like Simon Bolivar in this video game. I love my accent, tho. Now, the real Simón Bolivar probably had an early version of this accent since it's said by some sources that Bolivar had a Caribbean accent. That is pretty wild. A true caraqueño speaks with Caribbean accent.
