OR.... Get gold in the A license. It won't have the top lights, but it is a version of the pace car.

The One And Only Draft to the front of the group. Down the straights drive just below the 2nd yellow line. Look behind you so you're aligned with the other cars. As they get close move up the track to let them by and fall in line. Slingshot past them into the corners and repeat until you catch the yellow car

Wrong I used to reply an event (cant remember the name) where you race in Costa Di Amafi standard and reverse. Win both times to get a Toyote Race car and sell it for over 100k Did this so much times to get 4.5 mil cars

Depends on the prize car actually. The one you're talking about is from a different event series. If you look at the bottom it says you can only win these cars once. The others you could win multiple times.

I remember deleting the cars as a child, I regret it
