I’m just learning this game, I’m a Forza Motorsport player but the only way I’ve found to survive is to sit behind someone and just ride them until they make a mistake, they’ll either tow you along to the front if they’re faster or go off into the grass giving you a position but you’re alive! A bit of constructive criticism is you always go for the move, I get the saying of “if there’s a gap go for it” but on this game it almost always ends in tears, it’s difficult to get into the mindset of chilling behind someone but I got really good results doing it and stayed out of the drama and just watched it all happen in front of me 😂

Oh and a lot of the times the player in front of you crumbles under the pressure of always seeing the nose of your car poke into their screen or review mirror and will make a small mistake and cos you’re so close, you just slip right into the gap and off you go, it’s defensive smart driving that I learnt on Forza and it’s even more so needed on this game, I won’t go off on a tangent but GT7 is so much more dirty, you Gt fanboys are the best free marketing for polyphony cos it’s some propaganda shit you lot say, GT7 is NOT CLEAN!!! 😂

I watched a vid about the advantages of using a wheel versus the PS5 controller. In the comments, alot of people confessed to using controllers. I think they were all in these races.

Rage quit myself today, they always side swipe you wide which is so annoying. Went from 3rd to 10th in less than a lap. Needs sorting 😡

Enjoying daily C for the mix of cars, grubby drivers weaving and pushing gaps open take the enjoyment away. If only I could find a faster lap time 😂

Don’t feel bad about the Twix driver. He has almost all of the assists on. Most of the time it’s a clear indication of two things. Dirty drivers or new drivers. I know you bumped him a bit hard but a good driver would know how to save it. And btw you’re getting better every race. Awesome content and commentary. Keep them coming. 👍

With these types of drivers who don’t have the skill to pass you clean don’t drive defensively just let them pass you concentrate on exit while they struggle to make corner 💪👊

Race 1 was really about playing the long game, and focusing on your own race - TodunS is a BC driver, they clearly fancy themselves as a ruthless last-to-firster without the skills to pull it off! Because fighting costs so much time around here, battling the Ferrari allowed the TT to catch up where they probably wouldn't have if you'd just let them do their own thing - in theory you'd also avoid the Italian in the C7 at the end 😊

GT and polyphony need to do something and soon because the sheer amount of disgruntled players ranting and naming and shaming on social media is growing daily. I went online last night for the first time in an age and after 3 runs I have given up and won't be back anytime soon.🙈🤬🙄🤐

Yeah I tried Daily Race B one time and that was enough. Daily C was better though. The slower the cars, the cleaner the driving imo. Also some tracks have less incidents than other 😄

Agreed people race like it’s a demolition derby, it’s bs you if you hit another car it should affect you and not them now I know people will say that’s not real racing and I say a sim is not real racing I race real cars at the local dirt tracks people would never deliberately run into people when it cost you real money

About the pad-players: GT7 is a console game. It is designed for pad players. Most people who buy the game don’t have any intensions of ever bying a wheel and as they represent the majority of clients the game is designed so that in theory, if used to total perfection, the controller is the fastest tool in the game. I do not understand why people would play sport mode with a controller ”seriously”. Even if you are slower with a nice rig, it is so much smoother to race with a wheel and ofc gives a more realistic feeling.
