Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.26 is here! This update includes the ability to finally sell your vehicles in a very different way from the usual. Paying out a lot more than that was was first thought (around 30-40%) & having daily prices, market trends & more. Selling cars appears to be a much deeper mechanic than first thought so let's dive in & explain how it works!🏁

this update is a really great step forward for the game, and this appraisal concept for selling cars makes it seem more personal with more depth compared to forza's system.

Polyphony finally came through, now I can afford another grind car. Too bad I'll still only be running those same couple races for cash. It's a good start, though. How bout we get them to adjust the rewards for custom races. Or make a few of the other races worth a bit more. A 20 lap, 300 PP Sunday Cup, at a Club track ,worth 500k, could be fun and rewarding. Thanks for all the awesome content. Love your personal challenges.

I had duplicates of like 5 or 6 cars. Sold them and made almost a million. Got a lot more than expected. Pretty well done. Better than expected.

I made around 10mil with selling dupes and such, most of my cars were at green (up in value), and very few with red (down in value), but i got rid of most of my dupes, now i need to wait until tomorrow to sell the rest.

You can only sell duplicate cars once a day, so could be there a while.

I bought 10x Fiat 500s for the trophy. Looking at the shop last night, I could potentially make my money back on them if the trend continues. The price on those have risen quite a lot since I bought them. And all but one are stock.

So one can sell roulette cars. Nice, i just got a lmp car as a prize, the 919. OK i love the car, i've been using it in spa 800 even. It rips through the fronts, but i love the power delivery. But, lets say i didn't want it, or it was a duplicate. Over a mill, i've never gotten a better prize from a roulette! It was that 5 star i got from the daily aswell, so yea. GREAT UPDATE. But it still doesn't imply what selling cars in gt4 was for one could get multiple prize cars by just grinding. I remember that toyota rsc rally car to this day...

Oh wow! I'm gonna clean up my garage now and nevermind the price i get from each car.. frustrating to find the 5 or 6 cars I actually use from the 100+ currently in there *Might have been a few more than just "100+" since I sold about 7Mil worth of cars and still have around 90 left

Also to note, if you sell engine-swapped cars, you will not be given the engine swap back, so do ensure you remove the engine swap before selling!

engine swaps seem to add about 30k in parts so with dupes and over 100 engine swaps might be worth swapping engine n selling

Any car that you sell still shows up as 'acquired'. They also still show up as owned in your car collection. I'm just trying to work out if I can still get the Three Legendary Cars trophy if I sell the 2 that I already have to pay for the 3rd one. Technically I have acquired those 2, but I'm not sure.

Nice update, but they need to remove that invitation only for certain cars! They are expensive enough already but we can’t buy them unless we get an invitation! I don’t know how to get the Ferrari Invitationa 😅. I guess I’ll never be able to drive the Enzo, LaFerrari and FXX like in real life 😭

I can’t race on the race events, I just get a black screen and sound effects for the engine....anyone else having this issue? Tried going on road Atlanta and just had a blacked out screen during the game play/race event, even some other tracks are glitched out. But online lobby’s work just fine.
