So Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.48 is here!
the fifth content update of 2024 arrives as probably the biggest and best yet featuring 5 amazing cars, 4 new events, 5 new engine swaps and a heap of changes.
So for the next video of Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.48 I'm bringing you my first weekly challenges video and guide since the latest GT7 update featuring the best reward once again the 6* free car roulette ticket reward!
This week sees us start at the High Speed Ring with the Japanese FR Challenges 450PP before heading over to Tokyo Expressway for the Lightweight K Cup. Then we have the introduction of a brand new special event for the new Volvo V40 at Red Bull Ring before moving the the ring for the European 600PP and cheating AI before heading to the GP layout of the ring for the WTC900.
For completion of all 5 of the events this week we receive a 6* parts ticket, 150,000Cr and a 6* FREE car reward ticket!

Alfa works in ClubmanCup 600, in hard mode too and Clean race. SM tires, Two way LSD, Carbon break discs, Racing pads, SR Clutch & Flywheel, ~598.95pp. Don't let him overtake on the straight in the last lap! Keep him behind you, always go ahead of it! The opponent is not a cheater, but a tuned Alfa.

OK. You win. I got another Veyron. I didn't buy the first one either. I knew the LaFerarri was too good of a possibility. Saw that LaFerrari spin several times on the roulette spin but never happened. I would settle for a Ferrari invite but never got that either.

They need to get rid of the ridiculous invitations, just let us buy what we want when we have the credits. I don't mind waiting for the Legends cars, as they actually come around in a pretty good time, although I do admit to selling a few cars recently when the McLaren F1 turned up, I even sold the McLaren F1 car, although nice to look at, I found to be pretty useless.

For the last race I recommend the Mazda LM 55 VGT (Gr1). No need to change tires. About half minute gap.

Well maybe not immediately but you get cars pretty quick thru the cafe menus so just keep doing those till you get the necessary cars👍

Funny when some people already i though gt7 would be done and not getting more updates. But its mostly in the same pace still as it was 2 year ago. No signs of slowing down yet. June will proably have new track and 4-5 cars again then smaller updates for july-september. Then a major update for around november With updates for sophy, ps5 pro enhancements more overall new features bigger drop of cars and a new track for sure. Depending on when gt8 comes out it would be a good thing to drop a paid expansion like 20-25 cars 2-3 new Tracks for around $25

Of course I couldn’t get the one car I didn’t have but I did get that Ferrari and was able to sell it for like 2.4 mil credits so still good in my opinion

Used the Gr 1 Nissan R392 for the last race. Medium tyres fuel map 6 no stop strategy. Got the McLaren VGT GR1 as the 6* roulette ticket car. Not that bothered with it tbh. Parts ticket have me carbon prop shaft for the Dodge Demon

I’m in the us and there the same as in this video. Is your game not updated fully or do you have the clock set wrong? If not I have no idea why you’re having different weekly challenges.

I got the gr2 ‘08 nsx. Gonna drive it since I’ve got nothing else going. Don’t need to sell it just yet. The v40 was a bit joyless. I gave it Husqvarna for a sponsor, only to hear it sound like a vacuum cleaner after. Fitting. Front aero won’t go over 100, rear won’t go below 150. Understeer central, no fun. I’d like the 480 turbo better, or the Polestar 4x4 that featured in Topgear. Or the Saint car… the 1800es I think it was? My god, I’m old. I watched that, I even saw The Persuaders once. That Dino and DBS. Can still hear that harpsichord tune in my head. The Amazon 123gt, the p544. There’s hope yet! Yes, I should be on display in a museum. But admit it: those old cars were fun, an adventure! Bilbo knew. The most fun I ever had while driving was in a Morris Minor. A 930 was exciting at 30mph downtown. A 996 Carrera 4s was just an Audi with attitude, at any speed. I drove both, in case you wondered why I am so obnoxious. Cars are ostensibly better now. But they’re no fun at all anymore, they’re just capable.

That is so unfair.. you get a 3,6 million Cr. invite only La Ferrari and I get a…I dont even remember which car it was anymore. Polyphony needs to change it asap.. and dont have invite only Cars anymore.

I admit to doing the Schleife at normal AI, as in not hard, and even then using a close to 700pp car. That Alfa is just too much. In all honesty, I took the Enzo just to be sure. Won by under two seconds. I wonder. It’s 600pp recommended, but is the Alfa actually…? It doesn’t look like it.
