yeh having the same - i feel like i try and replicate everything as close as i can - braking points, gear shifts, apex references etc and i'm still like 3seconds off this time!

@@PaulNolanofficialist all about the exit speed. If you dont have the speed amount which he has on the vid, you will break allways to eraly because you are slower than him in the cornes thats why the gab goes to 3 seconds in compere to his time. So i will recommend for you to use in some cornes one gear down and the second is to breake later. After that you improve your skill than you can go again for his gears and braking points.

@@Validonelo thank you for this outstanding piece of advice. since taking it on board and realising i have to take more speed into the corner, and let the car do the work by letting the car coast toward the apex, i've gotten dramatically quicker, almost immediately

It looks so much easier when using a wheel. So much harder using a DualSense controller.

it’s so much easier with a wheel. i had to use the dual sense for about 2 weeks and when i got my wheel, my lap times drastically improved.

I think the problem with this track is those damn chicanes after high speed straights. the breaking zones are miniscule. And you really have to push the track limits to be fast. But by pushing the limits you ride the berms a lot. The berms are unstable making it even harder.

yes and non of the series events that online they mad offline version of 1.33 bug is proof that Gran Turismo 7 is only for the elite driver (and ones sad GT7 is for every one well that's a lie) Gran Turismo 7 i have officially hit rock bottom
