This car wasn’t great in real life and not good in reality. Good race.

We would never how good it is in real life since it raced without its hybrid system which is supposed to help it not just with corner exit but also with braking. In game, its kers deliver power to front wheels instead of the rear wheels, shoudn't be a big deal if GTS have proper fwd physics.

don't know why they design this car, it's completely un-drive-able to me after i tried many ways to tune it. your race is well played

After i got used to it i could be pretty fast but it's just amazing how it keeps going straight if u press the accelerator while turning

@@Maxistanca that is more to do with GTS having a bad fwd physics. I heard they fix that in GT7. Now I wonder how the car drives in gt7, I hope the kers now put power on the rear wheels instead of the front.

why did nissan decide this was a good idea?

It had to do with the LMP regulations at the time: the regulations regarding creating downforce in the back of the car were much more strict than in front of the car. That's why they thought it would be a good idea to create most of the downforce in front which means they need the center of balance in front as well. That's means placing the drivetrain and hybrid systems in front and FWD.

@@MrFortecents It was also supposed to be 4wd, but they couldn't get the hybrid drive train to the rear to be reliable, so kept it front wheel drive for the race, GT have replicated the race car, not the theoretical car, which is nice.
